They bring 30 to 60 bucks, usually. It depends on how bad and how fast someone wants to own one. They show up on ebay pretty regularly.

Now the J2 Set of Original carbs and ESPECIALLY a complete stock factory linkage ***embly would be worth more than the manifold (especially a complete linkage set up in nice shape).

Bare iron J2 intakes are a dime a dozen, I've even seen them for free before. But with CORRECT carbs they are worth up to $300, add another $50 for correct linkage, and with correct air cleaner or cleaners, complete and in very nice condition, figure on $800-1000 for a complete setup. Restored, more than that. Back to bare intakes----- they are all over the place.

    Nick,

I missed one at Jefferson for 50 dollars. I was at the Ducktail run, while the rest of the Cheaters were at Jefferson. I didn't get their voice message until after they left, so they didn't buy it for me. Well anyway, I would be interested in buying it for $50, if possible. We could hook up at the next Grayslake show. Just let me know, E-mail me: ratfink**@yahoo.com

I bought one at the Wichata swapmeet last year for $20 with the carbs but without the linkage. I paid the guy and he said who is carring it? Why? Go pick it up and no refunds (insert smile here). I had to lug it all the way to the truck and man it was not light.

I see the intakes all the time for around $15 to $40. If you are buying on Epay, make sure you check the shipping. They weigh a ton.

its kind of funny though why these intakes go for soo cheap.
how many of the j2 did they make.i didnt think they made that many, but there are a ton for sale for drt cheap.i supose people would rather buy a new offy.i belive you can buy them new still but ae special order.maybe you cant antymore.anyone know?paw used to list them in there catologs, but thats been awhile back.it might not be a bad idea to pick a j2 manifold up.one of the reasons i supose to is most people dont run the 371.i know of a guy through another person that says he has a complete j2(doesnt know the phr*** j2) setup with air cleaner he took off his car years ago.im sure hed sell it,and doesnt know what its worth.id hate to scam the guy though.
