Jag rear - progress

    This is what it looks like now.
    Not a show winner, but a functional ok looking rear axle.
    The discs are new and I haven't mounted the calippers yet. I've not decided if I'm gonna trade them into a pair of overhauled or overhaule them myself.

    All this is done in my garage with very simple equipment.
    The black colored parts are first cleaned with a steel brush on my metal cutter. Smaller parts are sandblasted outside my garagedoors. Then they are washed with strong sope. Primed with Coroless Rust killer and black sprayed.
    The alu-hubs are brushed with flapdisc and sandpaper.

    It all took some hours, but actually not that much time.

    So what i got now is a half price axle.

    This is the way one can build a better car for less money: More work.
