Well, I want to start this off saying thanks for ScarryLarry and his wife Kim for this hospitality while I was there. They are great people. Left SC around 2:30pm Thursday but along the way had some electrical propblems (no dash or taillights) on the way up but got the taillights working just as it was getting dark but pressed on the remaining 4 hrs in the dark and finally stopped just north of Baltimore. Next morning cruized to larry's place and he helped me troubleshoop the problem (light switch went bad) I must say that Larry and Kim have the coolest place.. its an converted warehouse from the 1800's and they have done a great job with it Made it home last night before midnight after a 9hr sprint. Did almost 1400 miles between thur afternoon and midnight last night. Had a blast meeting some of th nicest HAMBer. This was one of the biggest HAMB gatherngs I had been to and everyone one was so nice... Camped out at the show the night before and got a chance to drink a beer or two with many from the So-What crew and the entire Scotty Camper club.... (pics later) The show was great with lots to see and do. Some great looking cars and trucks (I will be posting a link later with all my pics). Highlighs were of course Clark's 999 special (I do have a clean pic of it). seeing PackRat32 getting in and out of his heavily channeled truck. Got a chance to see Lulabelle's roadster project and as I leaving seeing SkateFink almost take out ScarryLarrys grill.. Out of fear of forgetting a HAMB name I will not mention all of them.. it would be a long roll call.... Did a few dry laps around the track in the wagon was fun thou not a dirty as the others.. I have to give a big Thank You to the entire group for making me feel so welcome. I'll post more later when my brain starts working again..

You never get a second chance to make a first impression...... Sorry we didn't get to talk, but I'm glad I at least got to say hi and provide a little farewell. Thanks for making the trip and good to hear to had a safe trip home. You did the "Rock Stars and Torque Wrenches" sticker proud!! "Y'all come back next year!"
Glad to hear you made it home safely. That wagon really runs and looks great too! It was good to put a face with the name. Larry's show may become the "must attend" H.A.M.B. event. What a blast! I'll see you again somewhere. Bil
