There was an interesting 27(?) T roadster with a Merc Y-block right out front of the Armory entrance. If the owner is on here can you please PM me. I could use your help on a few tech questions.
    Thanks,
    RB

Great photos Lyle, I'd like to know what the engine is in post #3 with the Edmunds valve covers and air cleaners? I would love to run a set like that on a Y-Block, they are so olskool. Cheers Ash

Engine appears to be an early Mopar hemi, based on the valley cover and the oil filter location.

I don't think Edmunds made any valve covers for a Yblock.

Nice pix. I'd love to make that show some day. I can't say exactly why, but this little bumble bee sure strikes a chord with me. Gary

Thanks for sharing! Looks like a lot of cool rides showed up this year! Really like the Black 5W and Marroon Flathead 5W in the beginning.

I had to laugh at how many of our photos are almost identical. You're younger than me, so I think I'll let you do all the walking at the next show and I'll just look at the photos I WOULD have taken. :)

Ryan - only the best that can be found inside the Armory every year,,,,but you knew that. Only a hand-full of really rat stuff OUTSIDE, but 90% of cars in the parking lots are also top quality.
(The opinions about rat rods are my own and opinions are like belly ****ons or other small, circular orifices.)
