I recently purchased some suspension parts from Jamco for the 49. Some of the parts look okay, but they sent me the wrong lower spindle kit. There are two problems with it; the bolt is not long enough and it is the wrong diameter. Its like they sent me four uppers. I am thinking about buying some NOS units I found on ebay because I can't put my front suspension together with the parts I recieved. Another concern of mine is the adjustment bushing on these spindle kits feels real loose. I mean you can wiggle them back and forth. I don't know if they should feel like that when they are brand new.

I am trying, but they don't like to answer their phone. I even left a message. Its for my 49 Merc by the way. I said 49, but forgot to say Merc.

I could see that being a problem. Didn't you get a packing list or a label that tells you what parts you have?

I got a small fries today in the drive thru but ordered a large.....can you guys help me!!!!

  10. Nope, but as has been proven over and over again a complaint post on the HAMB gets amazing results from vendors. just too many potential customers lurking to ignore the unhappy one.

So this guy gets wrong parts YES IT HAPPENS....Does not speak to Jamco, they must answer the phone at some point or email HOW DID HE ORDER HIS PARTS, and then complains on here before they have a chance to fix it.....Kinda bullshit if you ask me atleast let the company try to fix it!!!

I agree that Jamco is hard to get a hold of. Just keep trying they will answer. Try different times of the day and try multiple times during the day. I ordered from them and got everything I needed. They even sent out new lower bump stops for free. I had no issues wiht them.

GIve them a chance to correct the issue. I am sure they will be more than happy to ensure you got what you ordered.

Curly w/ BBQ sauce!! XL tea and a blunt, oppss flash back. Keep your shirt on, have your order looked over and double check everything, numbers ect. JAMCO are straight up people.

  16. Man, what is up with this crying to the public about a shipping error, Jamco is almost a one man show that has his hands full. He always comes thru, don't get the undies in a bunch, you are not the only hotrodder on the planet. I hope this all works out for you, but please don't shout out to anyone but the parties involved. Just relax. ~sololobo~

He's got a Merc. Mercs aren't hot rods. Or has that changed too?

I haven't bought anything from them yet, but plan to soon. But I did call about some disk brake parts that came with my shoebox, I wasn't sure what vendor they are from. Spoke with them he said send him some pics and he can help me figure it out, which I did and he got back to me right away. Very good peeps in my book.

Maybe you should take a drama class instead of working on a merc.
