I emailed JC from his HAMB page the Friday before Memorial Day asking about using their free shipping offer with my alliance member discount. He replied even though he wasn't in the office. I called him later that day and got a hold of him on the first try. Ordered my power brake conversion kit from them and got it today. Granted I did not order anything that had to be made, but I am pleased with my experience.

He did also mention that they are working out some bugs with their ball joint conversion kit. We talked about my Merc so I'm not sure what other models are affected, just thought it was worth mentioning.

Jamco SUCKS! Placed an order, before doing so explained that I would be in Afghanistan with 3 months and that I needed my coils in no more than 2 months they said no worries..... yup..... just take a guess on that ended up... Through out it all I was cool and calm the dick answering the phone was a total fag.

Sorry about your experience, but you should have done a search first. The HAMB and the 'net are full of Jamco complaints.

    BTW: Thanks for your service.
