Jamco Suspension Update

I ordered a drop kit for my '58 Caddy; coils, springs, bump stops. It says right on the description page that they are built to order, and may take a few weeks for delivery. My coils showed up in a week. I called about the shocks, got an answer, and they showed up the next week. I have been extremely impressed with the quality, not a single issue at all with customer service. I work in manufacturing. Unfortunately, the best parts are made to order. They take time. If you want cheap parts on a shelf ready to ship today, call Speedway for some Japanese ****. When I ordered my parts, everybody had to tell me their horror stories and how I just got screwed. That may have been true before, but I can attest that was not the case for me. Customer service will go miles, but so will being an understanding customer. Thanks Jamco, I'll be back!

I need to make an introduction, but that's your welcome? I'm new to the HAMB, got on to get some info and advice while I take on my new Cadillac project. Heard a lot of bad things about Jamco after I ordered my parts, so naturally looked it up on here to see if tree was truth to the stories. It seems everybody wants to only piss and moan, but honestly, I had a good experience. Sorry if that's bs to you, but your welcoming at***ude is bs to me. I can't wait to see what help all of you are. . .

 

You know what? I'm going to delete my post. Not because what I wrote was wrong. I'm sure I picked it right. I'm going to delete it because it might get me banned. I'm trying to be kinder and gentler, but it's hard when **** gets shoveled at my feet. But, I'm not the one holding the rescue shovel. So....
