I put Jamco springs on my Riv. They are great. No ride issues. But Jamco's customer service ****s ***. When I ordered my springs they told me a couple of weeks. 7 weeks later they arrived. And it's a ***** to get someone on the phone and they don't return calls very well. I would use them again. The price was right. The product was fine. But I won't expect speedy delivery.
Jamco suspension customer relations « on: Today at 10:42:59 I ordered coil springs, shocks and bump stops from jamco a few months ago for my 68 Deville. When I ordered It was over the phone in person... I was told on the phone that all the coils are built to order and it would take a few weeks.. I of course responded ... "take your time".. Car was in pieces and no rush on my end.. 3 weeks or so go by and my springs arrived but without the shocks or bumps...springs only... No biggie...car still apart.. So another few weeks go by and still no shocks or bumps... Maybe something happened in the mailing? I called to let someone at jamco no but this time no answer..only voice mail. Left a nice voice message... No response.. Another week goes by... I phone in another message along with a follow up email...again, nothing no response.. I called a few days ago because I'm *heading to CA this week... Thinking maybe i can simply stop in...A woman answers this time..she takes all my info and says I will have someone call you right back...guess what?.. No call back...
