I'm replacing the stock one since it broke. I have a stock 53 Ford. Nothing seems to fit right. The bolts provided don't fit the brackets, the nuts don't fit on the bolts, sway bar seems too long. Has anyone had problems installing front sway bars from jamco?

I ordered new leaf springs, front and rear. As well as shocks and u bolts. First the springs got to me covered in masking tape and the "coating" ie cheap ass spray paint was bubbling off. No big deal, but for $800 I shouldnt have to strip them down and repaint them. Second, the U bolts were totally the wrong ones, I have 1954 GMC 1/2 ton with stock rear, I needed square ubolts they sent round. Then on the front they sent the wrong shock altogether. BUTTTTTT.... JC made it all right. Sent me a free shirt, over nighted the u bolts and shocks, and gave me tips on repainting the leafs.

Guess what I'm saying is the supplier messed up on my stuff, but JC has great customer service, and if you just ask him he will make it right may even know what the problem is. I would buy from them again anytime.

HankHurst, I have looked thru 5 of our sway bar hardware kits and they do have the wrong bolts for the A-Arm connection. New ones are on the way.

Well ended up being the sway bar. This is one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Thanks Jamco!

Hank, we sent you the bar off of our display, this way we know it will be correct. You should have it in a day or 2.

I have nothing but good things to say about Jamco. I got the front a-arms converted to use a Granada spindles, front coils, rear leafs, power brake
kit & swaybars. Had a few minor issues because it was very shortly after they moved to So Cal. JC quickly correctly the issues & I could not be
    happier.

I'm glad to hear all of this. Jim had a good operation and he was very helpful; it's good to hear that JC is keeping the standard up.
