Jammin up!

I come on, every things cool for 20-30 minites and then everything starts to slow down!
You click a post and get a "Not Responding" or a "Gateway timeout"!!!
Once it starts I can't post either. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif
Log off and come back 5 minutes later and its good again for a little while and then starts acting up again!!!
VERY irritating and of course I keep losing new post markers.
Whats up?
HAMB glitch or something on my side?
