What time are people going to be at the diner? 11 am or earlier? I'll bring the T if the Friday snow doesn't mess things up!

Bill. Show up at 11. It's kinda every man for himself at the diner.. Weekends are usually really crowded there.. It's going to be too cold to hang in the parking lot beforehand to shoot the shit. Looking forward to chatting at the museum

 

I hope the snow passes us by.

Aaargh. Just found out where Whitehall is...I thought it was eastern PA from names I saw here. Out of range for what I have to do this weekend. No scrapple...someone eat an extra piece for me!

 

Whitehall is next to Allentown, the diner is about 1/2 mile north of route 22 on Mc Aurther Rd. The museum opens at noon on Sunday. We just put a rare 36 Pierce Arrow coupe in the classic car collection today.

 

Bruce, it is eastern PA. If you come on Rt. 78 & hook into Rt. 22 (west) it's only about 23 minutes from the NJ/PA border (Phillipsburg/Easton). The restaurant is about a 5-iron away from Rt. 22. Come on down...the projected snow on Friday is only supposed to be a coating to an inch or two. You will be eating Scrapple!

Aha! Someone put FOUR Whitehalls in Pennsylvania, and the one I was looking at seemed to be a suburb of Los Angeles. I'll take the Spanish dictionary back out of the car and re-calculate!

I'd love to but sadly I can't make it this Sunday. My roadster is partly disassembled but I'd come in my DD if not for family matters.

 

Remember to tell them at the diner, you're with HAMB, We might not all sit together but they are expecting us. I warned them.

It looks like I'll be joining everyone! This is my first meet up with other hambers and I doubt anyone knows me, should I wear a name tag?

Sorry I couldn't make it , I'm feeling a bit under the weather today . Next time .

mmmmm, yes. I like it 1/2" thick and a bit crispy on the outside with that mysterious undefined mushiness inside.
