Jazzman Customs is back in business! I am lucky to be working for Rick Gildroy -- one of the best old school painters around. He has been hiding out for a few years after burning himself out on ten plus employees and dozens of restorations for too many years. He is ramping up on a smaller scale this time, no more than a half a dozen cars in the shop at one time. Rick wants to enjoy the work not stress over it. He was friends with the Beard and many of the old school painters and pin-stripers. Rick is one of the best flame painters I have seen ranging from full candies to traditional and has been painting lace and panels long before they went out of style. He has done so many custom bikes/choppers it's amazing. I will be adding some pics from his album on Tuesday after work. At the shop now is a early twenties Mopar Woody Wagon Street Rod, a '66 GTO, '67 442 convert, '70 Challenger RT SE and I have talked him into trying a few full-on customs. Its gonna be a great new year. I will get him to join the HAMB and share his pics and great conversations/memories so everyone can enjoy besides me.
