Finally just got home after a twelve hour day at the Roadstershow(rained all the way up there) trying to set up,my 20x20 space I thought I had, to only to be cut in half. Then to put the cherry on top, the only light in the whole building thats not working is above my car of coarse when my car needs the the light to make the paint pop a little,I hate to sound like a bitch but damn what a day!!!
I know this is Jeff's spot light thread, but as Dick Dean's youngest I'd like to thank you all, even Jeff haha! for the great things you're sayings about my Pop's & my Brother's work on this Merc. This car got the crowds attention in a Big way at the GNRS. Jeff you were a mess on Thursday night, but shined the rest of the weekend! "Anyone can Restore a Car .... It Takes BALLS to Cut One!"
mr Boones took this great shot... the lightning does not look to bad in this one. Only a week to go to see this beauty in person... cant wait.
Thanks for the compliment Rick, just so you know man out of the whole building about 250 lights, the only one that was burned out was directly on top of my car.My paint probably needed it the most of anyone in there but it still didnt look to bad. Hopefully it's brighter in the merc building at sacramento.
Oh! Craig did the upholstery. It's really nice.I took some upholstery classes at Valley College and he assisted Ron(The Sticher)Mangus.I really learned a lot from Craig.
