Jefferson Fall Swap Meet?

Friday, 59 degrees and partly cloudy, rest of the weekend about 10 degrees warmer and partly cloudy. 20-30% chance of rain all weekend. Sounds pretty good.

L and I are leaving tonight after work and driving all night for the 700 miles trip to Jefferson. Should be lots of fun when we get there.

 

You have a long drive and I don't envy that, but I'm sure you'll have a great time. Wish I had more time to spend there. About a 2 1/2 hr. drive for me.

I'm leaving about 9:00 am this morning. Scrounge all of the antique stores along the way, Pie at the Norsk Nook, and supper at the Cracker Barrel tonight. Tomorrow car parts, friends and BIG BARS. Saturday bounce my way home in the Jeep and the Bull Bash.

This should be a great weekend, Look for the Geezer pictured on the left

Just now getting to be car weather in AZ. Cool enough in the mornings and evenings to actually enjoy them. Cool enough to get back in the garage. My garage faces west so the sun beats on the door all day. Over 120 degrees in the garage all summer long. Still hitting 100 outside....

we had a good day!

sold a couple of cars, bought some needed components for the Henry J build and saw a great bunch of folks...My good buddy Povertyflats and his BIL Lawrence, Evil Clown, Rusty1, Stickshift, Dad, TouchdownTodd and the lovely Evie, Jalopy Jim, OldSchool66, Injunuity, Coolstuff, etc.

I know a bunch of other guys are around, I just haven't run into them yet. Please stop in the car corral and say hello.

 

Eric and i will be looking for you guys tomorrow morning. See you then

 

I'll be up at the crack of noon... then after a couple hour drive I'll get there by sun down and do a little midnight shopping!

...had a great time Friday, got to talk to quite a few HAMBers including Bob Wop, Poverty Flats, Stick Shift and Dad, Coolstuff and lots of other friends.

Well, the featured car was Ford SO parking was great
It seems like ther was a lot of empty vendors spots compared to all of the past years.
I didnt go home with anything new, but I did get me Big Bar fix

 

Went yesterday. Got everything I was after and I was pretty impressed this time. Lots of good stuff to look at. I wanted to look up some of you guys, but my feet gave out and so did my girlfriends. We had enough and had to quit. Limped back to the car, lol. Oh yeah, had the Java Big Bar. It was great!
