    Got my front shocks mocked up. These were a nice pair off of a 36 that I heated a tweaked the arms.

    Also started putting a wrap along the edges of the seat.

    The design was based off a Frank Wallic seat with some changes of my own. Tried to make it more vintage looking and less street roddery. A month of here and there work

    Looks great! Lots of patience to make a seat like that. I don't think I could stay focused that long even if i worked on it off and on while doing other things to the roadster.

    I used a standard aircraft rivet gun with a cupped end and bucking bars for the backside. Lots of places sell complete set ups which are nice. I have a coffee can full of clecos too that I used to hold the panels together while drilling all the holes. It's the only way to get the holes right

    I must be thick headed as I can't seem to understand just how you made the wrap section you put on the edges. Any other photos of it?
    Great job....
