JERSEY CAR SHOW (kinda' spam)

My club (EZ Rods) is puttin' on a car show at the Flying W airport in Medford (lumberton) NJ on sep. 6th....Now it AIN'T a traditional only thing but it is BIG FUN !! We have a teeter-totter,slow drags,Hummer push,muffler rappin',and SLOLOM kinda' thing---EXCEPT-- Ya gotta drive it BACKWARDS and BLINDFOLDED and yer co-pilot yells out directions.........should be pretty cool....OH YEA---we also have 1/8 mile TIMED DRAGS on the airstrip !!!! Real "tree" and time slips---how many shows ya been to where ya can do that ?????Also a DJ(doing a remote LIVE broadcast of a local radio station), LIVE band (oldies type),stuff for the wives and kids,HELICOPTER rides,airplane shaped SWIMMIN' POOL,GOOD food (there is also a restaurant/bar on the site that ya can have dinner at that is EXCELLENT fare.),beer--of course--music in the "tiki bar" after the show and there are rooms available ON SITE if ya feel the need...........next year it'll be a 2 DAY show with flea market,poker run and a DRIVE -IN MOVIE !! LOTS more for next year also.......$10 pre-reg..$12 day of show....registration 9 AM until it's full(PAVED parkin' for 500-600 cars...........) Sounds cool as hell. Wish you would have told us sooner. I'm sure the whole gang would have been up for it. What dates are you planning for next year? How about the week before York and have camping. If you get a mailing list for next year I'd like to be on it.

It's Only like 45 min. from philly...camping is a REAL possibility for next year(got LOTS of grass)..either e-mail the "W" or me with yer address and I'll get ya on the mailing list...Didn't wanna post sooner cause I'd hafta keep kickin' it back to the top.The guys that run the Hoedown will be there (same radio station too)Next years dates are probably gonna be right around where ya said....If anyone hasen't pre-regged for somethin else ya really oughta' make it....it WILL be cool and it's one show ya can't sit in a chair all day 'cause we keep ya BUSY !!!! We have a few NASTY cars to make a blast down the strip--altered wheelbase mopar,couple old-style gassers,etc......come once and you'll be there EVERY YEAR !!
