Just in case you hadn't heard the rock photographer Jim Marshall passed away Tuesday night. He was featured in the Rodder's Journal #21. The article showed some of Jim's photo's taken at Fremont and Half Moon Bay in the late 50s early 60s of Tommy Ivo, Garlits, and the Glass Slipper. Jim was know for his iconic images of people such as Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, Dylan, and the ever popular image of Johnny Cash flipping the bird at the camera. I had the pleasure of meeting and talking with him a few years back. He was a great down to earth guy to talk to. He will be missed.
