History Jim Rathmann photo ID?

Hi: can anyone confirm that the man standing next to Takeo "Chickie" Hirashima is Jim Rathmann (winner of the 1960 Indy 500, driving the Ken-Paul Special seen here)?

Based on period photos, it looks like Rathmann but I figured someone here could provide better confirmation. Thanks!

 

Probably AJ Watson by the haircut.
