UPDATE!!! Yes, its been 2 years since Joe stole the hard-earned money from several HAMBr's but I haven't given up. Last weekend one of those victims actually talked with Joe at a swapmeet in Texas. He confronted Joe and thought he was going to get some of his money back, but Joe crept away in the night without squaring up. The thread regarding this incident was deleted because of the comments recommending illegal action, but before it was removed I was contacted by a Texan that thinks he may be able to help with the situation. He has asked that all the victims mail him hard copies of receipts, emails, or whatever else you may have so he can take everything together to his connection. He's offered to call in a couple favors for this one so let's try and give him everything he needs to make it happen. I know I think about Joe about once a week (usually when I see a dog taking a **** or smell a dead skunk by the road) but many of you may have forgotten. Please try and take a few minutes to look up that old info and make copies. I don't want to post the address here for the gentleman's privacy, but if you PM me I can give you everything you need. I've tried to PM all the members I had contact with back when this thread began but if I missed you please let me know. I realize its a long shot but what if it actually works this time. Its been a while, but Joe is still up to his low-life ways. I just got a message from a HAMB'r who drove to meet Joe regarding old cars and parts. Joe never showed up so the HAMB'r drives by his place. Guess what, same piece of **** trailer on FM253 road in Buna Texas. When he did get ahold of Joe he got some ******** story about his medical issues.......same ******** as before. Just please remember to p*** along this info if you know anyone in the lone star state. All I'm hoping for is to prevent other honest people from losing their hard-earned money to this creep.
