Joe's Excellent Adventure

We ran the Ramjet & Roseberry HAMBSTER at the Dragfest - May1/3.
Actually the second time out. Last week at the ANRA meet (the first time) we had new car issues, but this week everything went well. This was Joe's first full run down the Famoso track since 1959. We ended up the weekend with a best E.T. of 13.41 & Speed of 99.34 MPH. There were 4 HAMBSTERS in the show so it's getting almost big enough for us to have our own cl***. Really a great time for the newbie's and we were lucky enough to have the best E.T. as well as top speed with the new car. It's a basically stock (Bone Yard) 235 chevy with 2 carbs & a little back yard porting. Will try to add a picture but figuring this deal out AIN'T easy.

Yep Joe was the fastest HAMB Dragster on the property. That's OK cause we had a great time and he fed us too! We have a second or better to make up, it's gonna be fun. See ya soon Joe, Rocky

 

Way cool, that body is a work of art! If I had a place to put it I would build one. There is a pretty big HAMBster following here!
