When I was a kid (kid being the operative word here) the car club I belonged to had an initiation. You had to relieve someone of all 4 wheels.
They eventually got the wheels back, no harm no foul. But they always had to have something to do with the club. And an officer was a bad idea.
And if you were lucky the older guys would drive you to the distination.
When I did it I did it to another prospective member, I didn't like him anyway. He was at work (second shift in the cannery). He came out for his brake early I had all the lug nuts off so I just popped his baby moons back on and went and hid. He decided to go for a drive. Bad decision. But he didn't make it far.
It was really funny after he got over being mad at me. I did have to repair some lug nuts to appease him.
The deal here is that we were a bunch of hoodlums, and it was initiation. Never an outsider and everyone understood the game.
Did you go too far. Yea.
Ya probably better make ammends while you still got a ride.

ok ok ok let me defend myself.... first off i have to say the main reasons for doing it were to keep them from going out driving, since im friends with them, and about a week before they went out paint balling and shot my friends car leaving small dents all over it, all we was let the air out of one tire.. which is worse? and these are the kids that go out egging and stupid stuff like that... the "cool" kids in highschool who are dicks to everyone except those who there closest friends with....

these kids are my friends and they were only really pissed when they were drunk.. once they sobered up they were just kinda like whatever get the compressor, they filled up their tire and left... were stil friends..... yes i know it wasnt the smartest thing ive ever done, but you need to know these kids...

Not too cool. Lots of neighbors are touchy like that. Think I'd pass if I were invited to mess with another's ride. Doesn't matter what kind of ride it is. Beauty in the eye of the beholder and all, ya know? Most of all, just as you said, I would never do anything to put my fine rides in jeapordy of having something done to one of them. You know they won't just let air out of one of your tires as payback.

Years ago my girlfriend worked at a resort up in cottage country. Big group of friends all working together, partying and having a good summer. One guy decides it would be really funny to steal someone else's girlfriend's underwear and run it up the flag pole. Hahaha, whatever.

A day or so later Guy #2 punches out Guy #1. Not so funny.

A week or so passes and Guy #1 gets a couple of buddies together and shit-stomps Guy #2. Really not funny anymore.

Guy #2 sinks Guy #1's boat.

Guy #1 burns Guy #2's cottage to the ground.

Guy #1 does time.
