Tommy just emailed me this about Jerrys Visitation. He is having some problems posting on the HAMB, so I'll post it for him. ---------------------------------------------------------- Just got back from the funeral. The family asked that any donations go to the Crazy Horse monument, in care of the mortuary. Jerry had started his life long dream of working with Native American Indians. He went to Cherry Creek, S.D. last year and was supposed to go again this month to take clothes, food and toys. The obit said he was a big star with the children there, in a big way. The HAMB flowers were beautiful and were placed right in front of the casket. All of the family said thanks to all. I gave his daughter Deirdre a Henry-J (hot wheel) and told her to send it with him. When I left I noticed she had placed it on the lid of the coffin. Tell all of the HAMBrs the family were very appreciative of every thing being done, and surprised to see the names of people from all over the globe. Thanks from a serious lurker who hopes to be a member soon, "Weekender" Tommy McCray
Nuff said, lets get in on that raffle and bring the donation up! Atch: I`ve got flower money for you from myself and a lurker that was at the drags named Bob Healy, he really wanted to do something as well.
Thanks for the update. Once agian I might add that since I am on the West end of South Dakota I offer my help for anything the family needs to do involving Jerrys charity. Can you get the word to his family?
