I'll be in the garage, however, I learned that my Dad will be passing through that way Saturday morning. He may want to stop by and check out the cars. When I was a young kid, he built a 1940 Chev business coupe that fit the traditional mold (283, no billet, Fenton slotted mags, etc). I think he'd dig seeing some of your cars...

Make sure to post some pics of the Stanley Steamer low-riders, rods, and kustoms.....'sounds like a very cool event.

As with other H.A.M.B and scrapple events..you don't have to bring an old car. Alot of guys are working on stuff in their garages,..bring your daily if you have to..no big deal.

thanks everyone for coming out...we'll be posting pics soon

  19. Jerry,
The thanks should go to you for organizing the meets and also for hosting us at your shop!! For those that didn't make it, we met at Cabella's, shot the bull for a short while, then went to breakfast/brunch, then a peaceful tour cross country to Jerry's shop, more shooting the bull, and watched as Jerry punched some clean looking louvers in some side panels for a 37 Plymouth. It will take a few more times for me to remember everyones names, it's an age thing I guess. I believe everyone had a good time. Don't miss the next one!!

I took some pics at the meet - you can see the pics I took IN THIS ALBUM . Here are a couple teasers ...

    Jerry,
Thanks again for setting this up, and especially for those crisp, outstanding louvers! This puts me one step closer to getting the Plymouth on the road. Enjoyed seeing your shop, getting a great breakfast, and especially meeting some of the other Hambers.
