Hi all, New to this forum and doing my duty by checking in. Love my 52 and found you when doing a search on instalition of an open drive line with a T-5 and replacing my rear end. Most helpfull. Been street rodding for years, started in HS of course but just dreaming, first real car was a 53 Ford, didn't last long. Had a lot of fun in it while it lasted. Had a 40 Ford PU that I restored frame up but had to sell it when the X tried to get custody of the kids so she could collect welfare. I won but broke my heart to let it go so I could pay the attorney. The kids were worth it. My baby girl is graduated from college and getting married next month. My current project is my 52 Coupe. I still have a 50 Flathead I will put into something someday. Looking forward to chatting with you, am also a member of Chevytalk.
Glad to hear from you Rhino Ray. Remember don't cry at the wedding and if your coupe isn't running get a buddy with a hotrod to drive you and the Bride to the church
Great idea, unfortunately I'm near San Francisco, she's in Seattle. Too far to drive and the Coupe is without a tranny and rear end. Major project. Anyone in the Seattle area willing to lend a hand, or car?
Check the HAMB social Groups there may be one in the seattle and someone may be able to help you out.......Good Luck......
