Bill, Thanks for inviting us to this Fund Raiser. I was not aware of Kid Save, and what the charity is all about untill you explained every thing to me and how you and your wife are
involved. It made me think how gratefull I am in my life, and that I should really do
something to help these kiddo's. I dont know if everyone knows what Kid Save is all
about.... I do know its gonna feel great to get involved, party down,
and make a difference for these kids.

You have no idea how these kids live in other countries. We are so blessed to live in the USA. My wife Cathie has been to Russia twice and her sister adopted a beautiful little girl from there. This is a good cause and it will be a fun time! Tell everyone to come! The more the merrier! I have the bands lined up and the food vendors. Just need the cars and spectators!

  7. The only "excuse" that will work for you....."I had to stay home and work on the 38:D!!!"
See ya tomorrow.....either at Leander or your house:rolleyes:

  8. What a beautiful site to have a gathering:D....lots of shade trees(with the addition of a nice breeze), an enclosed pavilon for two bands that played this afternoon(quite good, in my opinion)....Food vendor with good bbq and prices!

The turnout was a bit slim, but it was a first time gathering. It let me have plenty of time meeting new folks and sharing time with them as well as sharing time and fun with folks like the Thunderbolts(one of my favorite crowd of "real:cool:" Hot Rodders!!!).

Bill and his family went way overboard:D to create a really great setup for a gathering....."Listen Up Local Austin Folks"....for whatever reason, you may not have come, you really ought to consider it for next year.....this could turn into a really nice hometown gathering spot for us Hot Rod Folks.....and last but not least.....the whole thing helps out some little folks that really are at the short end of the stick....Just another way that Bill and his family are going out of his way to help others. "My hat's off to them"
