Coming home from the Twin City Roadsters swap yesterday and we decided to take a detour and check out a fabled yard we had heard about. Well we found it and the owner was nice enough to let us walk around. Sounded like everything was for sale and we ended up with a couple 94's and a rocket valve cover, only cause it was getting dark. Here's some pics We forgot to bring our shovels This looked like it was a '50 Ford Woody at one time, ????
Fun pics. Reminds of a place we had here in Ames calles Risse's. It was a three genereation yard and the guy crushed everything two summers ago. Do you know what he wants for the '53 Chevy grille teeth?
I'm still trying to figure out how to get ahold of the guy but the yard is in Cadott Wisc. I don't know what he wants for any of the stuff. He charged us $30 for 2 94's and a Old's rocket valve cover if that helps. I've never seen so many early to mid 50's chevy and ford cars in one place before

Hey Mart..., er..., uh..., Mike..., I could use a pair of Rocket valve covers if you're heading over there again...! pm me...!
That would make for a good family Vacation. Hitting all of those yards across the USA. Does anyone know of such places in Ohio,PA,WV, Va or in the Carolinas?
About those cars sunk into the ground: did you poke around for any 'older' models close by ? Chances are, they're completely underground. Cool pics, thanks for sharing.
