Hi, I've been doing automobile collision repair for better than 30 years. 12 years A.S.E certified Master in Body and paint and muddled my way through a few other A.S.E. mechanical certifications. Employers make you do that stuff but proud just the same. I said goodby to the uptown game 2 years ago and I am now a hobbyist at home. Please don't confuse that with retirement. My wife brings home the bacon and the reality is I will have to join the musical Body Man game again. In the meantime, I'm doing some restoration work at home and failing miserably. Restoration work is a lot different than production collision repair. Anyway, I am amazed to the fact that the majority of my restoration questions (google) wind up here. Here at The H.A.M.B. for those of you that are too old to remember where you are by now. I have been wanting to join for some time now and I am looking forward to being part of the conversation but will mostly be asking for help on these old jalopies. Charles.
Welcome, enjoy your HAMBtime. The wisdom and experience of a long time body man are always welcome here................................Don.
