I just developed another roll of film from the '04 Pile Up. This set didn't really turn out that great, save for this one shot. As I looked at this shot I remembered how it rolled past me and the impression it made. I never met the owner before and yet I do know he is one of the Draggins' of Detroit. This car was at last years Pile Up too. The car and it's driver "effortlessly glided" by me. The car ran like a top and it looked like it drove right. I won't even go into all the "period perfect" stuff, but it reeked of cool and spoke of "Traditionalism" that I believe this board is all about. It's just a really cool car and I guess ya had to be there with me to get the feeling that it conjured up. I just had to post it. Joel
That really is an great pic....it certainly has "the look." Gotta love the finned aluminum goodies as well...very cool pic indeed
