Welcome first. Look at finding a 235 or 250 inline if you want to keep your closed driveline. www.stovebolt.com will get you a TON of info on hot rodding it. 235's are a good engine, if you run em right. Look into upgrading the carb from the one barrell, I've got a holley-weber 2 barrell for mine. If you have more questions, ask away plenty of people are here to help and not just start a new drama

But this is a VERY useful forum if you need car related questions answered or if you are looking for parts. I know that it is not well received here, but the OSR forum is also a good place to go. Ok, the only issue I had with this one at first was the title. I myself can't stand the "just a lil girl" thing. I'm all about girl power in the shop, and I'm not one of those chicks that gets catty when a new one shows up. Hell, I encourage it.

Sorry, but PROPER rednecks store their cars in the BACK and SIDE yards... the front yard is for pinwheels, plaster ducks in a row, and plastic flamingos and frogs... the front porch being reserved for major appliances, mattresses and Shotgun Granny.

Take it from me, I know... I'm from Alabama!

 

haha...well... I can say the side yard is full, and the back has a stage and such, and 2 vans... almost full!

I wish we had a porch... maybe at our next abode!
