=FOR TRADE ONLY=SECTION NO SALE OFFERED...... .A suggestion just for consideration..... May not be feasible or cost effective to Ryan,so here goes.... What would be wrong with a special section[like ebay link area],where us guys could place ads for [TRADES AND TRADE OFFERS =only=]. In this area would be a place to put those ads most foks are not tolerant of here. By that I mean trades offering EVEN[ non trad items]in trade, for trad hot rod items..... This will allow the dirty bidness to go on in an approved venue while at the same time relieving the easily offended of having to view the offensive items we list there. A side benefit is the bickering/namecalling reposts about said non trad hot rod items is averted or at least reduced??????? any comments? talk amoungst yerselves.....
Yeah but we are on the hamb and not on craigslist so how could we HAMB'RS communicate these offers there? This just re***ures me we need this section even more.....
I don't think it'd see much traffic. And if we're talking about for non hot rod items like general junk it would kinda take away from the site. I'm new. But just my opinion from being on other forums.
Just a FYI Trade only cl***ified ads that are in the For Sale section are always moved to the "Wanted" section as in "Wanting to trade" Has been like that for about 5 years.
Well..... I thought that almost all of us car guys have other non car stuff that are still items people would want,NO-not dishwashers,golf clubs lawnmowers and blenders for sure but stuff like tool boxes vintage garage and mancave furniture,hell I for one ,must have maybe too broad a spectrum of interests for my own good,but I was actually serious in makin my suggestions. I am pretty sure that most of us Hamb'rs are not so tunnelvisioned ,that we have to eat-sleep and **** only ol cars,but hell,maybe I was wrong.
