i know we like to look at styles......this is from an ole' fella that stops by weekly to see my car......he has a roadster street rod and he talks about how he'd like to own something more nostalgic...... "i'm tired of cleaning my tires and rims all the time and i'm tired of looking at cars that all look the same," he tells me.... here he is in 1960 and in 2006.....
Most of what needs changing to get a nostalgic look from that Roadster just unbolts! It really isn't totally out of touch with the past in layout. If he played his cards right he could get the car he wants AND make some, if not all, his money back by selling the street rod parts on it now! Paint is too cool to fool with though. Work with it. Could be a nice, simple project. Tell him we said HI...and welcome back!
