It's been a while since I put a progress report up on my sedan project. It seems like every one is building some kick *** sedans these days which is making it real difficult for hackers like me to follow up after!
A bunch of family stuff made me drift from the focus I had going on my project, but thats just about behind me. But it was all real good stuff!!
I just finished all the welding and got some painting done this week, so on with the ***embly. Now we'll find out how good the initial build was!
Piles of **** every where, but they should be gone soon...end of the month??

Looks good Keith. I half way expected to see you drive in at Ted's yesterday with it all done. Low turnout....Maybe the dry Saturday had people forgetting what day it was.

WOW...max wedge, now see, that's just what I was talking about these other sedans being tough acts to follow. Nice, really nice. Do you have it on the road yet? Get some new pics up for us.
I'm using the old Nailhead out of my 33PU. It's a 401 I freshened up that will end up with 6x2's. It's also running a modified 400 ******.

Here it is asembled a couple of weeks ago.

I'm sure as hell not parking it in your yard, but it looks like your making some progress on the merc.
This is what I got done yesterday after spending a couple of hours shopping around for nuts and bolts because my friend decided not to open his parts store on Sundays any more. Autozone and all the other chains around here ****, they don't have anything beyond oil!

Yea, those are 53 Buick. When my wife and friends saw them on the sedan they said they looked like ***s, in fact thats what I thought when I found them.
I think my buds have ore the ends off rubbing them.

HotRodDrummer - My Nailhead is a 401. I've got one in my 33PU and I love the way it runs and looks. I just wish the go fast parts were a little cheaper for them!
Whats the car that your 322 is in? I love the color. How about putting some pictures up for us?
