Not to much to say sixty five and retired . I have loved street rods all of my life and couldn't even guess how many that I have built over the years.
I do know that I was lucky enough to grow up in the best time period that this world has ever known. Your car was your life and everything revolved around it . If you had a cool and fast car you had a shot at a date with the prom queen and if you didn't you were going to spend saturday night cruising around with your best friend looking for some chicks to ride around with and maybe more . Man the fifties and sixties were the best period .
Well after putting s.b. chevies in most of my rides I would like to run a inline six in my current ride ., a 29,000 actual mile ,nineteen fifty one chevy coupe that spent it's life in Arizona and is 100% ru st free. It tooks to me that a 292 would be a good ghoice but if there are better engines to use please let me know what the are . If I do go with the 292 could someone shed some light on the problems that I will run in to as far as the installation is concerned .
    Thanks in advance . Roger
