My take

 

Hey I just want to thank everyone for their imput and suggestions I think the black rims, www, and small hub caps are the way to go. I also have a dual quad setup that will probably find its way on Carlg

 

I gotta say I'm right there with you after seeing the photochop pic. And the air cleaner is hideous. I'd have to ditch the valve covers too and the electric fan really looks out of place.

Lastly, eventually I'd have to put lake style headers on it. The block huggers aren't working for me very well.

I kinda like the wood theme.

The air cleaner is already gone I'll change the valve covers soon, they are center bolt so I may have to wait till I change the intake and heads. Thanks Carlg

moon eyes have some good looking finned center bolt valve covers though...

 

I dont know about lake headers on that car, I think it would be better suited with a more extreme style header if that makes any sense. Also, it wouldnt hurt to pick up a cheap no-name board, have people pin stripe it and stuff, then toss it in the back.
