Hello everyone! Can anyone tell me more or less if this is a Chevy or GMC van? Owner told me its from 1950 but I'm thinking is before. What so you'll think?

neato! it's just like the one I got last week.... See if there's a serial number tag spot welded to the steering column. if it has one, see what the numbers are. That will help us figure out for sure what year it is, etc.
btw mine is a 55 Chevy. The grille uses bars from a 48-50 dodge truck. The front cap is fibergl***, the front floor is diamond plate steel, the rear floor is porch tongue and groove decking. The ribs are steel, the roof is aluminum, the sides are aluminum over 1/4" plywood. Mine has bifold rear doors, which I haven't seen on any other step vans, but they're obviously original. And mine came from California too, I think the company that made these bodies was probably located there?
