Guess it's been a while. Just spotted a couple really good new additions on YouTube. Looks like they put them up just a few days ago. Old 8mm footage, no sound.

I think the 383 Merc probably weighed half of that 4200lbs!

I went down south to Tucson to the Reunion fest yesterday (Saturday) and got to chatting with an older gentleman who regaled us with some marital stories (that I won't go into!) before excusing himself from the picnic table the group (including Kyle from Old School Rodz who was shooting some images and thinking about writing some of her prose for the magazine) was using to get out of the blistering sun. It wasn't until today that I discovered we'd been sitting with Jim Rodgers! He just introduced himself as "Jim" and the other five people at the picnic table (did I mention it was hot?) didn't realize who he was either. Blew that chance to hear some real racing history.
