Just getting started

    Just getting started here. I got on this for some tech tips from people that know flatheads, and wrenching in general. Got a '53 ford with a Merc flatty in it. No one in the area I live in know much about them. Looking forward to talkin' with you all and doing some bench racing.

    Love them flatties. I am learing. That "How to build A Flathead" Tex smith book is the shit. Never new it was possible to do that much wacked out things to Henry's little mill...

    Man, got that in one! Tex Smith had it right on, and without his book, the merc would still be sitting in the mud in a field.
