the 2 chevs from Bob Grant, the F100 with the hemi, the 56 chev and Jimmy Smith's F100 made this issue great. Nice work I love when mags put unfinished trucks in as features.

Oh btw this is off topic but I enjoy the introduction of the later models in CT. I have a 75 full convertable blazer thats getting converted to 2wd and laid out after I finish the sedan.

Guess I would'a never noticed this if it weren't for your link in Jeem's post Fry. Thanks fo da kind words! 10 years ago, if someone would have told me I'd be working on a "truck" mag, I'd of quit on the spot (yeah, I hear some saying "Damn!"). Those were the days when Truckin' ran CT; these days it's a whole nuther ballgame. I really dig on the resto stuff we can run now, along with everything else.

My '75 is about ready to come out of the paint shop. Gonna be different, nothing like what you might imagine from past articles (dem dubs is gone in favor of some '70s-era rollers...).

Yes I agree. Props out to you Rob. That issue jumped at me on the newstand along with all the other friggin bling bling crap that is out there now. What a waste of paper and ink. Those 2 trucks on the cover are great just the way they are. Will be interesting to see them laid out in paint. A couple of issue' down the road maybe? KNUX!

That was a great Issue I haven't been buying the mag much in a while untill I saw that one with bare metal trucks on the cover.

I would like to see some more shots of the earlier truck it was a 63 wasn't it I can't remember exactly since I don't have my issue with me.

Its a good thing your working with that mag now I'll probably buy it more often with cool crap like that in it.

I also dig the 70's era trucks like your building. We used to have one a little later model than yours that I had wanted to do some of the similar things to. But we sold it before I got a chance to do anything to it.

    Keep up the good work....
