i would have been there, but the construction guys finally got started saturday morning, and spent the weekend digging a giant hole in my yard.

todd, i have something for you, are you gonna be at the rock-n-rods in bloomington?

gary, that sure is a sweet looking chevy! i'm glad you're dragging it around, that car loves being on the open road... ;)

  2. Glad to hear it was a success! I needed to stay local and go to the Barons show. But I knew you guys would do a great job. That town looks neat - hope to visit soon.

Got out there late, and could only stay for a short time. Sweet setup for a show. Hope to be making the road trip next year in my '29, and plan on making a weekend out of it. I have to give a huge thanks to Kenny "Choprods" for bringing my windsheild up to me from Kansas. It made it home safe and sound. I'll be sure to p*** the favor on when I can! Glad to hear the weekend went off so well.

I just wanted to say hello . I met some very cool people this weekend at Todd's Rust Revival in wayland. My husband has always been a car FANATIC, and I have gone to several car things ( for him ) ... but never have I been to anything like the revival. I have to tell you all, it was a blast. A very new experience for me. The cars , trucks and bikes we all so cool, none of the same ole, same ole car show stuff. I dont think I blinked once :) I enjoyed meeting a lot of you at registration ,and talking with some of you at the bar. I am exhausted today but I can not wate for the next thing. To all my our friends Todd and the Kropdusters. You ROCK. Great job. Where do I sign up to help for next year. :)

    [IMG][/QUOTE]

If anyone wants the pieces seen in this photo to make a trophy out of for next year's show contact me and I'll ship them out to you...I'm already starting on a trophy from some other parts I have laying around to donate to the show next year...I love that place...and everyone I met down there...RP, Gordy, Wes, Grant, Todd and Shana all made me feel right at home within 5 minutes of driving into town...I'll try and get my pics uploaded tomorrow once I find my damned camera cable...

Was that you? Sheesh! That ****s!

I blew a TH350 at the dragstrip at the top end. Twisted up a bunch of stuff. The body of the trans rotated 90* so the bottom of the trans was pointing toward the drivers side of the car. It was ugly.

The track officials didn't like cleaning up 10 qts of ATF either.

No this was friday night over by the tent. He was doing his impersonation and just asked you if there were "gonna be any women with wet *******, because I will only go if there are women with wet *******" Oh man did I crack up.:) Damn he was so funny. Louver is KOOL.

  13. I just gotta say that we were late ( common when you travel with me) but the Raven and I had way too much fun anyway. Gotta leave a little earlier next year.

When we were loading up sunday morning to pull out a blond lady puled up and thanked us for commin'. Mrs ****** said she thinks that she's the mayor or something. Anyway whoever she is that shows some cl*** we really appreciated it.

And as for the rest of you goofballs, I'm damn proud to see ya, every last one of ya.

    HMMMMM....

Well folks, just got home, here it is Tuesday evening...Todd, for next years T shirts, I think you better put on them "I SURVIVED THE RUST REVIVAL". I think I would put Fiddy on stage between the band acts, now he would make the beer come out everyone's noses!!! So you could just sell more beer.:D

Waylon Mo, the Hollister of the midwest.. **** O' Dear, what a week-end. I think the only person who didn't have a good time, was that poor fellow on the east side of the bar Saturday night. But he will forever be imortalized in the photos that were taken of him.

As everyone before me has posted, and added pics, there's not much else I can possibly say that hasn't already been said, just a very humble thanks and congradulation to Todd, his Mrs. the Kropdusters for putting all of this together. Many thanks to all the helpers behind the scenes, the girls that worked Todd's bar/cafe for feeding all of us, and to your cook who did an outstanding job of doing all of that cooking. There wasn't a bad meal served. And of course to the town of Waylon for putting up with a bunch of hoodilums for a week-end.

I attended the show. And I loved it. Very first thing I did when I came into town was sit down at your bar for something to eat. Did not even look at one car. But lookin at the atmosphier and the glancing at the cars on the way in. I told my wife "in two years you will not be able to find a seat in this place at this time of day at this show". And I hope I am correct. I didnt get to meet Breeder or his wife but I did see her alot during the day ( damn ) and she was super nice to everyone I saw her talkin to. I would not change the date. The first weekend of June is too easy to remember. Let everyone else work around you. That show only takes one time to be hooked. Prime example is the H.A.M.B. drags. The first time I went was in St.Louisg***ers daily driver, with Biggen. The next year we came with my Model A sedan, stlouisg***ers straight axle 55 chevy, bug eyed sprite, Henery J, two 34 fords, Jeffs blown injected straight axle chevy II and rays Two Land Black Top 55. Plus many other people with out cars. I believe this to bee the H.A.M.B. Drags without the drags. And by the way , the T-shirt art is f*&^#ng great!!!! Someone needs to post a pic of some hottie in one. Instead of my fat *** showin one off. See you all next year.

I got a 46 ford sedan that would be cheaper, if that would help. LOL Ah man, is Todd a cheap wade or what? Tell him you deserve it. You were the greatest. He is a lucky guy.

Wait a minute. Don't tell him all that, then I will not be able to get it someday. ahahahahahahaha

But really, you deserve something really nice for all that work last weekend. Thanks Again
