Just made a bead roller stand

    I just bought a bead roller and didn't want to fork out the money for a stand so i made 1 out of aluminum. I first made it without the supports and it was quite top heavy, go figure thin wall sq tubing ha. Here are some pics.

    Thank god for my syncrowave 350!

    Cool! don't forget to brace that upper plate so it don't flex when you start rollin' beads!!

    That is something i need to do, it flexs good with 20ga and i do plan on doing 16ga.

    Do yourself a favor and get rid of the handle and put a wheel on it. Cranking on a handle becomes difficult when holding big pieces and with the round wheel the handle is ALWAYS at the same place for leverage.

    i picked up a couple of powered bed for free off craigslist, one had three gear reduction motors and the other had two, any of them would work to power a bead roller.
