Suckers are gettin brave man. I woke up to some guys in my side yard trying to figure out how to load up my Yard art. The tune changed when I gave the shotgun a pump.

A year ago I had an O/T truck I had taken all the parts I could off of.I called a guy in the paper to come and get it. While I was waiting on him, another jackass comes to the door wanting to know what I was going to do with the truck. I told him,and he said he would have given me more for it. He even drove by later after it was gone just to be sure.

Because some of those junker dudes are alright. I've loaded stuff up and taken it down to a junker and said, "Here, take this stuff, it's yours" and have had them give me money, dang near was offended when I didn't want to take it. I made sure to steer everyone to that dude after that.;)

Actually, MOST of them do understand English ... they just pretend not to.:mad:

Scrap is a little over twelve dollars a hundred here. The average car will bring 400 dollars across the scale.
I will buy ANY car ... for 150/200 dollars

    ALL DAY LONG !!

I have bought almost a dozen in the past month !!
The price will go down ... ( on scrap ) when the weather gets warmer.
    Scrap them now boys ...
while the price is up :D

I took a shot at some guys breaking into my shop. Seems i mistaked them for racoons. Well got to sit in the back of a police car and was on the news. really. Had no trespassing signs up. but i did not hit one. So they let me go, gave me back my shot gun. The thevin pricks call the cops on me for shootin at them.

Just sayin...he can't raise his kid from jail....or protect his stuff anymore. I hate thieves too...and the guy deserved some punishment but his life over a gokart is a little extreme punishment....now an ass full of rock salt I could agree with!

  24. If your stupid enough to think you can go anywhere you please and take what you want then the hot lead solution is the best answer . One over the head then one through it if they don't get the idea. Here in Canada I like my nice thick axe handle a quick crack to the knees works well! Rob.

My brother had a someone back up a pickup in his drive and his wife came home and caught him. She told him to get the hell out, he gladly left. This is a 100 foot driveway and the guy just wanted to know about an old car behind a fence he had seen by going thru the alley. M.F.'er I just had a storage unit broken into along with two others in the complex. It ain't geetin any better, get up those no trespassing signs and try and cover your stuff up. The bro has a pit bull that loves to bite. I was also concerned about his ladies saftey. We are living in a sad economy and more of this stuff will happen, prepare yourself and protect yourself. I feel better after that rant! ~sololobo~

Not that much sympathy for the thief, but still that's not much of a "warning shot" I'd have to agree with others. Sadly, he did kill someone over something relatively trivial. And since his life apparently wasn't threaten, he'll likely be doing some time for manslaughter. 1st degree is not likely since he clearly didn't plan much for it.

Have to go down a short fire lane to get to my shop, I posted the No Trespassing sign, With a Skull on top of the post holding the sign... Believe it or not it really freaks people out? some times a Craigslist sale will call saying is it the drive w/the posted sign w/the Skull???? another thought for those with a large area would be to nail a empty 12. shell to each posted sign? That would Damn sure make me move to the next location...

On a similar note, "Pickers" piss me off. They always stop by dads place, and have talked it out of some cool stuff over the last few years, including an old gas pump that was mine and some steel signs. He doesn't really want to part with the stuff, but they catch him on the right day and it's over.
