I just saw two guys here get reamed out because they hadn't introduced themselves. Thought now might be a good time to get that out of the way. Well, here I am. My name is Kenny. I live in South Florida or so. Been poking around here since, well, probably 1999-ish I guess. Finally signed up about 2 1/2 years ago, and I post very infrequently. Been posting a lot lately because I've been home sick with nothing else to do (lol). Been a car guy my whole life. A true "car" guy. I'm not particular to a make, model, era, etc. If it's cool and old, I can appreciate it. I hang around car shows & cruise-in's a lot. I'm always the youngest guy from where I hang around at. I've pretty much figured out that I'm going to be one of the only links to the past HAMB-wise down here, so I listen a lot to what the old guys have to say. I live in a very big classic car community. On any given day down here, you can't drive 10 minutes without seeing an old car. Ever. Cruise-in's are 7 days a week most of the year. If I had to choose, I lean toward big iron. Lead Sleds. But I have a lot of background in muscle cars. I have an extensive background in exporting and importing vehicles. If you need some help, send me a message. My wife has a 1964 Ford Galaxie XL 500 Fastback Kustom. Magazine cover and feature car in Rod & Custom Magazine March of 2007. She uses it for photo shoots for work mostly, and I tinker with it when I'm allowed. I'd post pics, but haven't been able to quite figure it out yet. It's my avatar. My username WAS pmsjaw. It means nothing. I couldn't think of one, and I just closed my eyes and hit a few keys and that's what came up. Someday I'll change it (if they'll let me) to something more relevant, which I did today. Now it's GREEN RODZ. If you are a user here from up north, and ever need a car looked at down here, shoot me a message. I've got a pretty good eye. Or, if you ever have a breakdown and you're down here and need some emergency help, tools, etc., feel free to give me a shout as well. We have a truck, trailer, lots of tools, and a neighbor has a brand new garage and lift. I'm 12 minutes from I-75. If you need help, don't feel like you can't contact us pretty much any time.
That would be great. I'm leaning against not going now. I'm registered and paid-up, but I've been sick for two weeks with that chest cough bronchitis thing going around, and now today it's starting to hurt in my ears, and I've just gotta get over this, and as much as I want to go, I can't afford to be sick anymore.
