i have the means right now to produce some custom plastic parts for old rides and i was thinking of producing some speedo gauges with shop print and some other fonts and maybe even the odometer reels for a few early fords and chevys. would anybody be interested in anything like that??? or maybe even instrument knobs ala radio, wipers, lights stuff like that...

dennis carpenter made a good business out of repopping Ford stuff; find a niche and fill it, and you can do as well.

  3. Be careful with re popping Ford stuff, they may come after you for everything you own!
Sounds like a good idea, center caps for banjo steering wheels would have to be on the list!
    Doc.

oops i meant to include that Dennis C had license rights; pick a part or parts that are not heavily protected brand-name wise would be my next advice. or incorporate a substantial improvement or change that is distinctly your own and patent it.

i wasnt planning on reproducing anything with any logos at this time for that reason, i really dont wanna get in above my head. the machine is used to produce guitar knobs and can make pretty much any that can fit in a 12"wx12"hx4"d die.
