  1. Well Kasper, I was with you till those rear tires, totally fucked it up for me, WTF, it's your car but those ties look like shit on that coupe.
    Just my .02 cents :(

thats fine, I was just concerned about if it needed a drop. you dont know till you build the frame. I dont know what kind of frame your making is it going to have a z in it. Atleast I didnt make fun of those silly back tires like everyone else. good luck

I got to ask, what clutch and flywheel are you using? Did it come as a kit with the adapter and why the Mopar starter? I know where there is a cad motor for grabs is why I asking, and was curious of my trany options.

Standard 10" clutch, flywheel and starter came with the kit from Wilcap. Bellhousing is a chevy 4 spd...Wilcap has the Lakewood bellhousings but I think thats overkill for what I'm running. Starter is a mini mopar that bolts right to adapter plate

Kasper, you seem to have a very well equipped shop and space, nice tools and obviously the skill to build the coupe, but really, reconsider those rear tires.

Time for a hair cut I'd say, about 2 1/2 inches out of the pillars would work...

You guys make me laugh with the tire thing lol, but thanks for the support and letting me know other aspects of my build are going ok, to be honest the tires are the least of my worries BUT the rims that I found that I liked that had the correct back space were 10" wide...why not get 10" wide tires.. I'm a member of this forum for good advise and information, there is alot of it on here, not to get bashed because a few guys don't like ONE bolt on piece of the build. They act like I'm putting a pop up sunroof in it.... anyways I'll be back at Yong Choppers tomorrow to finish the frame and start messing with the front end.... keep ya posted!!
