Trying to make up my mind if I am flyin out to Vegas in late May or taking the 49 Plymouth. Think the car should make it without to much issue but you never know. Will end up costing about the same if you discount the extra travel time that driving versus flying will take. Any suggestions for things to see or do along the way in late May? Would have loved to see Viva Las Vegas but going out there for something specific so I didn't get to pick the time! Any shows, junkyards, museums, HAMBer stashes along the way?
Depends on which route you take...and you might want to expound on that...cuz there's lots of hiways to drive on between Misery and Las Vegas... R-
I think I am gonna go the southern route through Albuquerque. I have a place I can stay in Wichita which isn't far but will shorten the trip a little bit and I have never been down through most of those states.
