This is a 26/27 Ford Model T touring/roadster cowl mated to a 1927 T Touring rear half. I've taken to calling it a FaT-Bucket, because you end up with a much wider body than a Roadster, RPU, or Touring front section. I pinched the subframe in to get this to work and it will require further work to really get it good (I'd cut them off and angle them straight into the cowl or pinch the seat if I had it to do over again), but the doors can close and latch the way it sits. There is some rust through on the body, most prevalent on the p***enger side. The cowl could use some more dent repair but is mostly good metal with a couple holes around the bottom and some old filler. It has a 28/29 grill shell with simple one bolt L-bracket supports that I fabbed holding the headlight buckets.

It's got some aftermarket goodies on the front end, a So-Cal dropped front crossmember and a reverse eye spring (2" of drop combined). The axle/spindles/hubs are stock Model A as is the steering. Split A wishbone up front pushing 35 wire wheels. The banjo rear end is out of a 1947 Mercury; It's a 3:78 ratio. Includes hubs (need new studs), 1940 Juice brake backing plates, '40 rear bones, & '40 wheels for the rear end. There is a Model A Spring included (9-leaf).

I've left the body fairly rough with exceptions for some hammer & dolly work as well as replacing a top rail section on the tub to correct the structure. The Model A frame might need some attention, but it measures square.

I have a Model A Engine (90% complete) & radiator that I would consider selling with the car as well.

Please note: Body is now BLACK. New pictures coming soon.

Asking $3250.00 OBO, DON'T BE SHY, partial trades for Flathead Speed Parts and anything cool considered.
