Hey guys i have a ? my newly acquired merc has some 15"X4.5" wheels on it. i noticed at first glance the rims had no nubs on them for hup caps, no big deal.. then. i started to reverse one of them to run some deeper style hub caps and noticed the center section wouldn t mount flush against the drum/hub. they also kinda snag on the nubs on the outer edges on the drums. i pulled them back off and also noticed "K H" stamped in them. was just wondering if you guys might have an idea on what they are or maybe they were from a early jeep or something?? Im pissed off now cuz my merc is on jack stands and i have some nice new tires and no wheels for the thing!!

Maybe Imperial...I think those were the only 15" period Mopars with '49 Merc pattern, and of course any Imperial would have had wheel covers, so no need for hubcap nubs.

But would Imperials have the little holes in between the stud holes for those wierdo locating pins on the Mopar drums?
