   I'll just remind every one that a "French" Block Flathead is not considered a XF under the SCTA rules. Since it is 304 cubic inches it runs in engine cl*** "D" against any other engine between 261 and 305". Someday this may change but the SCTA is a hard sell with vintage engines.
