Sorry to hear that, that is the first time that I have heard of people stealing clothes. It just seemed 'odd' that they stole the clothes. I don't think that someone broke into my house would steal my vintage 'Hawaiian Shirt' collection out of my closet (and some of them are worth some coin). Most of them are 'smash & grabs' (laptops/TV's/key's/and coins & jewelery). That is one of my worst fears & why I jump outta' bed when I hear noises @ night, thinking that someone is breaking into my stuff.

  2. Scum of the earth. The same thing just happened to my uncle. The day before he was moving out of his shop they punched the locks out and stole any and everything they could grab. Tons of tools, computers, irreplaceable personal items. They knew what he had, when he wasn't there and when he was moving. Let's not let this happen again and find these assholes.

The reason I started the thread for kevan was that it had just happen to him , and he was hundreds of miles away from his new home and computer, I figured if we acted fast , we had a better chance of catching the crooks, Kevan was pretty torn up and his wife worse, I had my house broken into years ago, and man you feel violated , especialy when they steal your personal stuff. Kevan will be posting pictures when he gets back to his new home.

I agree, but for now it's up to us to keep it at the top of the page.

It's great that everyone is keeping an eye out, and I am too...but is it proactive to post which swapmeets you'll be keeping an eye out? I would think that would sway the rejects who stole this stuff from trying to offer it up for grabs at any upcoming swapmeet...just sayin...

Anyway...Kevan, I hope every piece is returned intact without the slightest bit of damage done to any of it...I really feel for ya man...

    Good luck,
    Rob

    Sorry to hear that.
This is another example of why all states need the "Domain" (sp?) law like Texas and Florida......
If they thought their ass was in danger of getting shot and DEAD it might curb some of this crap....
I am a long way away, but will keep an eye out anyway....

Just wanted to give a BIG thanks to everyone for the positive thoughts and encouraging words. I don't want to say too much but it looks like we might be close to catching these assholes. With a little help from my neighbors and a few positive leads I've got a good idea who it is. Now I just need to track them down and try to restrain myself from putting them in the hospital.

I don't know if they have any of my parts still or If they have already sold them so please keep looking! I've found an older pictures of my Edmunds intake and valve covers before they were polished and a picture of the car they were stolen from. Luckily they didn't get the whole car but thats probably because it was up on jacks and had a big Cadillac blocking it in.
    Thanks again everyone.
