Projects Key less Lock 1948 chrysler Windsor

Hello I was wondering if anyone knows if a universal key less door lock with the remotes will work with a 1948 Chrysler Windsor. The front doors lock with the inside door handle and was just wondering if anyone has installed this in a similar car and if it can be installed. Please let me know. Thank you.
